Waterloo to host kindergarten and Young 5s night, services fair
When Waterloo Elementary School holds its Young 5s and kindergarten orientation from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, August 6, it also will feature a community services fair at which more than a dozen service providers from the community are expected to be on-hand to distribute information about the various programs that are available. Among the local organizations which are expected to participate are the United Way of Monroe County, Catholic Charities of Monroe County, Family Counseling and Shelter, Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Monroe County, Habitat for Humanity, Child Care Network, Monroe County Opportunity Program, Legal Services of Central Michigan, Mercy-Memorial Hospital, Monroe County Intermediate School District, Monroe County Community Mental Health, Monroe Family YMCA, and Monroe Bank & Trust.
